Privacy

Only what you type into one of the two forms. Nothing is collected just from visiting or reading.

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. The group order form asks for the same plus your organization, how many people the order is for, the pieces and quantities you choose, and any notes you add.

That information is used to reply to you and to prepare your order. It is not sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing, ever.

There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising tags on this site. Nothing is stored in your browser. Your visit is not measured or profiled, and there is no record that you were here unless you send a form.

When you submit a form it is sent to Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which emails it to info@studio10clothing.com. Web3Forms handles the message in transit and has its own privacy policy at web3forms.com.

Your message then sits in that email inbox, which is a Google Workspace account, for as long as it is useful to keep. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, their servers keep automatic logs that can include your IP address and which pages were requested. Those logs exist to run and secure the site and are not used to identify you or combined with anything else.

Links to Depop, Instagram and TikTok take you to those companies' own sites, which have their own privacy policies and their own tracking. Nothing on this page applies once you leave.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@studio10clothing.com and it will be dealt with.

If something here concerns you and we have not resolved it, you can raise it with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If what the site does with your information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
